1. Beta Software

This is beta software provided "as is" for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, functionality, and availability may change or be discontinued without prior notice. By using this software, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

2. Not Legal Advice — Important Disclaimer

• Do not rely on outputs for legal decisions. You should not rely on the outputs of this product for legal decisions, court filings, contract drafting, regulatory-compliance determinations, or any matter requiring legal judgment. Always consult a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Professional users. If you are a legal professional (attorney, paralegal, compliance officer), this product is a research and analysis aid only. It does not replace your professional judgment and does not supersede the professional-responsibility rules of your bar or jurisdiction — including your duties of competence (such as maintaining the technological competence to evaluate AI output) and of client confidentiality.
• No attorney–client relationship. Use of this product does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and RegSecure AI, Particular Ltd., its operators, or any other party.
• Jurisdiction. Legal rules vary by jurisdiction; outputs may not be accurate for yours. Verify all outputs against authoritative primary sources for your jurisdiction before relying on them.
• AI limitations. AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, may miss material clauses, or may misinterpret legal language. Treat every output as a starting point for professional review, never as a conclusion.

3. Privacy & Data Processing

All document processing occurs 100% locally in your browser using WebGPU technology. Your documents, analysis results, and personal data are never uploaded to any external server. We do not collect, store, or have access to any documents you analyze.

• Documents are processed entirely on your device using a local AI model
• No cloud uploads or external API calls for document analysis
• Your workspace is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a password only you know
• Encryption keys are derived via PBKDF2 and are never stored or transmitted
• No analytics, tracking, or telemetry data is collected

4. Duress Password

RegSecure AI includes an optional duress password feature. When configured, entering the duress password instead of the primary password will silently and permanently destroy all stored workspace data, including documents, analysis results, custom rules, and encryption keys. This action is irreversible.

You acknowledge that activating the duress password results in complete data loss. Particular Ltd. bears no responsibility for data destroyed through the use of this feature, whether intentional or accidental.

5. Intellectual Property

RegSecure AI and its underlying technology are proprietary to Particular Ltd. Patent Pending. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software during the beta period. This software incorporates open-source components listed on our Third-Party Licenses page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Particular Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RegSecure AI, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate or incomplete contract analysis results
• Data loss resulting from the duress password feature, browser data clearing, or software malfunction
• Decisions made based on AI-generated output

7. Transition to Paid Version

When the commercial version launches (estimated Q3 2026), free beta access will end. Beta users will need to subscribe to continue using the service. Early adopters may receive preferential pricing.
